SPECIAL MATERIALS MANAGEMENT METHORD

Objective & Scope:

Correct using special raw materials, guarantee all raw materials are not readjusting, suitable for raw materials stock-house, semi-finished warehouse, finished warehouse and production plant.

STORAGE:

1.1 Establish a special area for placed special raw materials, the special material placed in a large area divided into several small areas. Identified for each small area well, the materials were placed in a marked area.

1.2 All products must be applied outside of the right color;

1.3 Database management: the special raw materials in the library, must be taken by the workshop manager, at the same time in the warehouse, according to relevant procedures for the storage procedures. Raw materials by the plant personnel to track management.

PRODUCTION PROCESS:

2.1 In the production process, the workplace can only be placed in one kind of special raw material or semi-finished products, with no other materials;

2.2 In a process is completed, the team leader responsible for the transfer of semi-finished products, in the handover of the materials, marking the name and specifications, complete production and circulation card, the production of this work until the end.

CORNERS MATERIALS HANDING:

3.1 In the production process, corners materials should be immediately put in storage, shall no be placed in the production site. Put in the stock-house by the warehouse manager. Can not use the material should be placed in a fixed area, concentrated discarded.

FINISHED PRODUCTS:

4.1 All products in the production is completed, into the finished product warehouse, and other materials to maintain at least 1 meter away, and paste the ID tag. Special materials orders after the completion of the container immediately shipped, stored in a warehouse time to be shortest.
