SUNWELL GCF-105-IG is a kind of ceramic gasket cutting from the SUNWELL CF-105-I which is the ceramic fiber braided cloth with SS Wire, treating with the heat resistant rubberized and graphitized fabric for use on boilers and industrial tanks.
It’s made by bending and rolling on themselves a suitable fabric chosen for its properties of resistance at high temperature, which is proviously rubberized and cut into strips.
This results in a product with excellent fluid and vapor holding capacity and high mechanical strength. To imporove sealability and anti-stick properties, products often come out with a graphited surface.
Applications:
As seals for steam, hot and cold water, oils and solvents, boiler services, manhole covers and doors.
