Manufacturing the 4 meters large Corrugated Metal Gaskets is not difficult in SUNWELL. The real challenge lies in the crates loading and transportation.
Sharing the experiences accumulated through multiple attempts with everyone:
1. Covering the CMG with the graphite for avoiding excessive folding of the metal core;
2. Taking advantage of the flexibility of the CMG, the gasket is naturally twisted and then placed into the wooden crates;
3. Prepare additional graphite to deal with possible damage to the covers after arriving at the site of client, so as to facilitate replacements.
