Description
Full automatic winding machine is a new designed in order to improve the productivity, ensure the quality of spiral wound gaskets.
It has the simple repeatability operating performance. Full automatic add steel strips and fillers. It can automatic producing the gasket with or without inner rings.
Production range: Dia. 15mm ~ 320mm. (1/2” to 10”)
Through the man-machine interface, setting the production specification in advance. Eg. Production quantity, number of laps. Size and spot welding points, angle, and welding power. In the program under the control of the microprocessor, servo motor drive the inner loop or gaskets die cores, at the same time, winding the metal strips and fillers, automatically complete spot welding.
Automatic flat steel strip molding process, not only saves the forming, and can greatly improve the gaskets' tension, reduce the preloaded force, improve the sealing performance.
Two sets of steel strip outfit institution:
1. The traditional dish chip steel strip outfit institution;
2. Standard steel strip outfit institution, 20~50kgs per times.
Configuration
1. Thickness of gaskets : 4.5mm "V" Shape (other thickness 3.2mm, 6.4mm and W shape on requirements);
2. With the ANSI standard molds, from 1/2'' ~ 10' (150# and 300#)',
3. Two patterns: with inner ring, without inner ring.
Other specially molds according to your requests.
